AI transparency
AI disclosure

Draft for legal review. This text describes how Duelpilot works today; the contact address and governing law of AdCruise (Webbai) still need to be confirmed.
1. Where the AI is
Duelpilot is built for AI agents, but it does not contain a model of its own. Ideas, copy, designs and reports are made by your own agent (for example Claude) using Duelpilot's tools through MCP. Duelpilot supplies the instructions, checks the agent's work and runs the tests.
2. What we check before anything reaches visitors
- HTML is sanitised: no scripts, event handlers or unsafe links.
- Copy is checked against your profile: no invented prices, ratings or claims you listed as forbidden.
- Every variant is loaded in real browsers on phone, tablet and desktop before it can launch.
- Statistics are computed by Duelpilot, not by the agent, and labelled NOT CONCLUSIVE until they are.
3. People decide
No agent can launch, resume or ship a test, or pick a winner. A person approves on the board. An owner can switch on autopilot for a site, with guardrails they set (pages, change types, traffic); tests that cause harm are paused automatically, and every decision is logged with who or what made it.
4. Limits of AI
AI-made copy and designs can contain mistakes, bias or wording close to existing material. Review variants in the preview before you approve them; you are responsible for what you publish on your website.
5. Your data and models
Duelpilot does not train AI models on your data or your visitors' data. What your agent sends to its AI provider is governed by that provider's terms. Under the EU AI Act we consider Duelpilot a limited-risk tool that assists with marketing and web design.
