Terms of service
Last updated: 16 October 2026
Draft for legal review. This text describes how Duelpilot works today; the contact address and governing law of AdCruise (Webbai) still need to be confirmed.
1. Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you (or the organisation you act for) and AdCruise (Webbai) about the use of Duelpilot. By creating an account or using the service you accept them.
2. The service
Duelpilot provides a script for your website, an app to review and approve tests, statistics, and an MCP connection that your own AI agent uses to propose and design tests. Plans and prices are on the pricing page.
3. Your responsibilities
- Only install the script on websites you control or are allowed to change.
- Review and approve the variants you put live; you are responsible for what your website shows, including AI-made copy and images.
- Don't use Duelpilot for deceptive designs, false claims, unlawful content or to collect personal data from visitors.
- Set up consent on your website as your law requires, and keep your account and agent tokens secret.
- Your AI agent runs under your agreement with its provider; we are not responsible for its output.
4. Your content
You keep all rights to your website, your variants and your data. You give us the right to process them only to provide the service. We may use aggregated, anonymous usage figures (for example how many tests run) to improve Duelpilot.
5. Plans, fair use and cancellation
Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance. Fair-use limits are listed per plan; if a site goes far beyond them we will talk to you before anything changes. You can cancel at any time: tests stop at the end of the period and your website shows the original again.
6. Availability and liability
We work to keep Duelpilot available, and the script fails safe: if it can't load, visitors see your original page. The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect damage such as lost revenue.
7. Changes, law and contact
We may update these terms and will tell you about important changes in advance. These terms are governed by the laws of [to be confirmed]. Questions: [contact address to be confirmed].
